          Why isn't consistent exercise part of everyone's lifestyle?

          Over the past decade I have heard many answers to that very question:
          • I find it hard to stay motivated
          • I hate going to the gym
          • I'm too busy to fit it into my schedule
          • I can't afford a gym membership or a personal trainer

          • I don't know what to do when I get to the gym
          • I get bored of the same workouts over and over again
          • I don't like exercising where other people can watch me
          • Do any of these sound familiar?

          What is the GreenFit Make Your Body Work (MYBW) Project?

          MYBW provides a solution to every one of the objectives listed above (and others too!)

          How it works:
          1. Register online (it's only $5 per week!)
          2. Every Sunday and Wednesday receive a new online workout video
          3. Videos will be available for 3 days for MYBW members only
          4. Find about 45 minutes during that 3-day window to follow along
          5. Get in great shape!

          Questions:
          • I've never exercised before - Will I be able to do the workouts?
          • I'm in great shape - Are the workout going to be challenging enough for me?
          • What happens if I miss one of the workouts?
          • Can I try one out before signing up?
