Dave will then develop a program that will address areas highlighted during the assessment. The following 4 sessions will be used to teach both of you how to incorporate exercise, nutrition, rest, and other lifestyle changes into your routine so that you can achieve the best health and fitness results possible. Sometimes scheduling regular visits with your trainer is the best way to ensure you will stick to your fitness plan. This membership adds incentive for you continue exercising regularly so that you see continued progress throughout the year.

Receive 1-hour session(s) every week (for two people) plus regular "check-ins" from Dave via e-mail to ensure that your fitness plan is on track. All you have to do is pick the time you'd like to come to the studio each week and then show up! Your membership fee will conveniently be charged to your credit card or Paypal account each month*
